Yes. You add the Quiz Signal theme app extension block in the theme editor. It works with Online Store 2.0 themes that support app blocks. No custom theme code is required for the standard setup.

Free includes a small number of quizzes and monthly completions, Quiz Studio builder access, recommendation rules, and a monthly allotment of AI credits. Growth unlocks unlimited quizzes and completions, higher AI credits, custom templates, and related paid features.

AI credits power hosted quiz generation in the admin. Free and Growth plans include a monthly credit allotment. Optional one-time credit packs may be available in billing. Credits are for merchant AI features — shoppers taking a quiz do not spend your AI credits.

Yes. You can connect a Klaviyo private API key in settings and sync quiz outcomes for follow-up flows. Sync only runs when you configure it; shopper emails are only sent if your quiz captures them.

The app runs on our application host. Quiz configuration and responses are stored to operate the product. See the Quiz Signal Privacy Policy for details on retention, GDPR webhooks, and subprocessors.

Growth includes a 14-day trial through Shopify billing when you upgrade from the app. The Free plan stays available without a credit card.
